I recently stayed at a lovely property in Mont Blanc and had a fantastic experience. The hotel, La Verticale, provided us with a free bus and train pass for the duration of our stay, making it incredibly convenient to explore Chamonix and the surrounding area. The friendly and helpful receptionist, Josiane, went above and beyond to assist us with directions and suggestions. She even arranged for a staff member to help carry our luggage. The room had a stunning view of Mont Blanc, and we enjoyed watching television programs in both English and French. The central location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to bars, restaurants, and shops. it was a great stay.

Convenient Location and Comfortable Stay 😊

Our stay here was really comfortable while on vacation. The hotel is central and super close to the Ice Skating Rink, which was really convenient!

During our stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel's prime location, right in the heart of the city center. It made exploring the area extremely convenient, and the fact that there was free onsite parking was an added bonus. We also appreciated the easy access to the ski areas further up the valley, which allowed us to hit the slopes with minimal effort. The room itself was comfortable and clean, with a modern bathroom that had a great shower. The staff provided excellent service and were friendly and helpful. there were many options for breakfast in nearby restaurants.

One small downside was that the hotel did not offer in-room coffee service, which would have been a nice touch.

I recently stayed at Hotel La Verticale for a few nights while visiting Mont Blanc. The location was perfect, right in the middle of town, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hot water in the bathroom was plentiful, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also appreciated the adjacent car park and the stunning views from both windows in my room.

We got great value for our money at Hotel La Verticale. The room, although basic, was very clean and had amazing views of the mountains. The location was perfect, with bars, restaurants, and shops just a few steps away. The staff were exceptional, providing us with all the information we needed and going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Breakfast offerings could have been better with some included options.

Comfortable and clean room, with a nice layout. The breakfast was awesome 😋. They provided an electronic key card, satellite TV, and a desk, which made our stay really enjoyable for our vacation.
